OTM Fortini srl, in addition to subcontracting work for third parties, also proposes itself as a foreman supplying the material to be processed, dealing directly with foundries and steel mills for several years and providing heat treatments or superficial that may be required.

Thanks to state-of-the-art instrumentation and high IT support, we are able to monitor the compliance of the parts being processed.

During the entire production process, each operator has the information necessary for the in-process check of the mechanical part in order to guarantee complete and accurate control of the whole lot.

According to the customer's requests, we can provide the certificates relating to the raw materials and any heat or surface treatments and the documentation relating to the dimensional checks carried out by us (eg. I.S.I.R. - PPAP - Fmea - Control Plan - Cp / Cpk - etc ..).

Thanks to Industry 4.0, the company is now fully digitized and is therefore able to collect and monitor all process information such as efficiency and machine performance, final balance of individual orders, up to managing the machine load and guaranteeing the final customer great production flexibility and optimal delivery times.
